All of our classes will challenge you, but not always in the way you think. We want you to view your class time as a chance to take a daily break and spend time with yourself. If you’re hesitant to dive in, we recommend starting with the Beginners Series or Yoga 101. These “newbie-only” programs are a great way to start your journey. If you’re already comfortable, feel free to jump in to any class.


Basics class is a place for people to begin their yoga practice or to reconnect with their yoga roots. But let’s be clear, a Basics class is no less challenging than any of the other classes. In fact, because the poses tend to be held and felt longer, it can be even more challenging.

  • 75-minute class that moves slowly — poses are held for 5 breaths or more
  • Teacher suggestions for modifications to increase or decrease intensity
  • Focused breath and movement — some portion of class will link one breath, one movement


Zuda’s signature class: vigorous, dynamic, flow-based yoga where variance and creativity are the norm. Each class differs from the last to help you find your edge.

This is the full expression of vinyasa as moving meditation. When linking breath with movement, the practice become dancelike — an interplay of motion and stillness. Strength, flexibility, balance and cardio come into harmony. Described as “an awakening,” the only way to truly understand is to do it.

We suggest you have previous experience or have a familiarity with Sun Salutations A & B before tackling an all levels class.


Explore the roots of our Vinyasa practice through a special Ashtanga Americano class. The teacher leads the class through a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga, with Sanskrit woven in throughout the flow. This practice will challenge your concept of Vinyasa, bringing new and greater awareness to your personal practice and life. An excellent class for experienced students interested in deepening their practice.


Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a powerful practice of guided relaxation that offers great healing potential for the body, mind and spirit. First, prepare the physical body through pranayama (conscious breathing exercises) and a few yin postures to ground and create inner awareness. Once the body is ready for rest, experience a 30-minute meditation while lying in savasana. Explore this opportunity to exist between wake and slumber — where all things are possible. Bring any props (blanket, eye pillow, bolster, etc.) that create a comfortable and safe space for you to practice with ease and go deep within.


This isn’t a workout only – it’s a chance to create – let go – connect and sweat with intention. Every time you step on your mat you have a chance to break through the emotional or physical barriers that set you free. This calorie scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance moves and body sculpting movement. Instead of linear movements, Buti Yoga favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion. The result is long lean muscle that will support you through every day of your life.


Zuda offers yin yoga in Roseville! Bring some balance to your yoga practice by incorporating yin.

Whereas Power Vinyasa Yoga (yang) emphasizes activity, muscular strength and stamina, Yin Yoga focuses on stillness, lengthening the connective tissues and allowing gravity to do the work. By holding a yin pose for a long time, the body responds by making connective tissue longer, stronger and more pliable.

Zuda’s yin yoga classes are held in a non-heated, cool, room. This practice is still and quiet — there are minimal standing postures and little talking or music. This space provides students with the opportunity to listen closely to the messages the body has to offer. This class is accessible to all levels, including first timers.


Zuda’s newest class: slow, flow, centered yoga in a warm, not-so-hot studio. Each class connects you to the foundations of the vinyasa practice: breath, drishti and flow. The asana is built from the ground up with options for more challenging variations. The slower pace creates more time to get into shapes and uses alignment cues to allow you to find the shape in your body. Come to this class with an open mind, from a place of inquiry and discovery. Slowing down can create an even greater opportunity to connect to the whole, complete, real, authentic you. It’s time to take time for YOU.


Kundalini Yoga helps strengthen the nervous system and balance the glandular system through movement, breath and mantra. There might be a bit of shock factor: no doubt, Kundalini is much different than other forms of yoga, including Vinyasa. Expect to dance, jump, hold long poses, and breathe deeply and repeatedly — no two classes are the same! It is great for beginners as it has the flexibility to push past your comfort zone as well as offering the ability to go at your own pace. Kundalini has the power to unleash and unlock barriers within ourselves so that we can begin to experience our true potential.
