The word “power” means to act on your own behalf. Vinyasa means to place things in a special order. Power Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking breath with movement to help build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. We believe in our students, teachers and community as a whole. This is why we don’t label our classes by skill level. Whether you have been practicing for decades, or you’re a beginner; you will be taken care of in ALL of our classes. Our experienced teachers will guide you to into an intuitive space where you will be able to confidently work through class at your own pace. Our goal is to empower every student to listen to their own body. This style of teaching makes you your own expert on when to embrace more challenge, and when to take rest.
